Sometimes mistakes happen, sometimes a product is not what you expected, sometimes a package arrives damaged. Things happen and because of that we want you to be happy as a customer. If you have any issue with a product at all, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
- Fill in the returns form at the bottom of this page.
- Please fill in the form as soon as possible after discovering the issue.
- Once we receive the form, we will work with you to resolve the issue. You should get a reply within one working day.
- If you need to return an item, please do so within 5 days and by registered post.
- Send us the tracking information by email to email@example.com.
- When we refund the cost of sending the product back to us. If we agreed a refund is the best course of action then we’ll process the refund for the product and for the registered post back to us at the same time.
Returning by registered post
Please ensure to return your parcel by registered post. An Post in Ireland will do registered post for you. You can use this registered tracking number they give you to ensure we receive your parcel. You can share this registered tracking number with us and we will also track your parcel to ensure it reaches us. Registered post is more expensive than regular post, however we will refund you the full cost of the registered post.
